My real estate journey began in 2008, not as a Realtor, but as a successful real estate investor buying, renovating, and selling homes. My background in construction, renovation, and design gave me a unique ability to see the potential in properties, understand what it takes to transform them, and make informed decisions about value and improvements. 

In 2020, I brought that experience into real estate sales as a licensed Realtor, putting my firsthand knowledge of investing, construction, and property renovation to work for buyers and sellers. 

Today, I operate as an independent Realtor, personally representing my clients throughout every stage of their transaction. I have personally closed more than 43 transactions and have built my business through relationships, referrals, repeat clients, and a commitment to providing responsive, knowledgeable, and straightforward service. 

With more than 23 years of hands-on construction, renovation, and design experience, I offer clients a perspective that goes well beyond what you typically receive from a real estate professional. I understand what is behind the walls, what a property can become, and how improvements, condition, design, and renovation potential can affect both value and marketability. 

My experience includes residential homes, investment properties, land and acreage, new construction, fixer-uppers, and properties requiring renovation or repositioning. Whether you're purchasing a home, selling a property, building an investment portfolio, or evaluating a property with potential, I bring an investor's eye and a contractor's understanding to the real estate process. 

Most importantly, when you hire me, you work directly with me. I don't hand my clients off to another agent. I believe that personal representation, accessibility, and honest guidance are essential when making one of the largest financial decisions of your life.
